REFUNDS
Withdrawals prior to midnight 31 July 2013 will receive a refund less a $15.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for withdrawals after 31 July 2013.
Changes to personal information can be made online until online entries close midnight Wednesday 31 July 2013.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions will only be accepted with a downloaded paper entry with the registration number and name of the entrant to be replaced clearly written on the top left hand top of the form.
RUN or WALK
Entrants must elect whether they will Run or Walk. The Walk event is open to any style of walking, but walkers must not run - refer to Walkers tab for explanation
Entrants wishing to jog/walk should enter the Run Event.
AGE GROUPS
Age group placings are neither awarded nor acknowledged
Age groups are age on race day
Junior - under 20 yrs
Seniors - 20 years and over are in 5 year groups to 70+
GROUP ENTRIES
Groups entering 10 or more people will be eligible for disounted entries if entries are completed online and the same team name is used. Please contact us for the discount code.
PHOTOS
Supersport Images has been appointed as the official photographer for the event. Photos will be available online within a few days of the event at www.supersportimages.com
CHALLENGE YOURSELF
Complete the three Taupo half marathons in three months and receive a free finishers shirt.
ERIN BAKER & CAMERON BROWN AWARDS
The Erin Baker Award recognizes athletes who have completed the four iconic Taupo annual events.
The Cameron Brown Award recognizes athletes who have complete the Erin Baker events plus the Taupo NZ Ironman.
The Mizuno Half Marathon can be chosen as one of the events of these awards.
