LATE FEE

A late fee on $15.00 will be added to all entries received from 28 August 2012.

CONFIRMATION

All entrants will receive confirmation via email once entry has been completed. If you do not received a confirmation email please check your junk mail and spam boxes and ensure This email address is being protected from spambots. REFUNDS

Withdrawals will receive a refund minus a $15.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for withdrawals after 4 September 2013.
Changes of event or personal information can be made online until online entries close midnight Wednesday 4 September 2013.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions will only be accepted with a downloaded paper entry with the registration number, name of the entrant to be replaced and the word "SUB" clearly written on the top left of the form.

RUN or WALK

Entrants must elect whether they will Run or Walk. The Walk event is open to any style of walking, but walkers must not run - refer to Walkers page for explanation.
Entrants wishing to jog/walk should enter the Run Event.

AGE GROUPS

Age groups are age on race day

Junior - under 20 yrs
Seniors - 20 yrs and over in 5 year groups to 70+

The full marathon is restricted to 18 yrs and over

Age group placings are neither acknowledged nor prizes awarded.

GROUP ENTRIES

Groups entering 10 or more are eligible for discounted entries. Entries must be completed online and use the same team name.  Please contact us the discount code.

PHOTOS

Supersport Images has been appointed as the official photographer for the event. Photos will be available online within a few days of the event at www.supersportimages.com

63.3 CHALLENGE

Complete the three Taupo half marathons in three months and receive a free finishers shirt.

The Erin Baker Award recognizes athletes who have completed the four iconic Taupo annual events:

The Cameron Brown Award recognizes athletes who have complete the Erin Baker events plus the Taupo NZ Ironman.

The off road half marathon can be chosen as one the the events for these awards.

A four event challenge which will be easy to train for with attainable distances for those wanting to get off the couch or back into sports and get fit.
