COLLECTION

All entrants must collect a registration pack with race number and timing tag from event headquarters prior to starting.
Friday 6 September 2013 Great Lake Centre, Taupo 4.00pm to 8.00pm
Saturday 7 September 2013 Kinloch Community Hall 6.00am to 8.45am (9.00 for the Quarter Marathon)

Late entries will only be accepted at Friday's registration - No entries on event day - No exceptions!

EVENT PACKS

Event packs will contain race number, timing tag, important safety information (please read carefully), food bar, swim vouchers and random minor spot prize vouchers

TIMING

There will be no tag check at registration!

 

Please follow attachment instructions on the envelope.  If you don't have shoe laces cable ties are available from the help desk.

PRIZES

Minor spot prizes (a 1 in 10 chance) awarded at random with a voucher in the registration pack are to be collected at the Spot Prize table in Great Lake Centre on the Friday between 4.00pm and 8.00pm or Saturday at Kinloch from 6.00am.

Major Spot Prizes will be drawn from finishers timing tags at prize giving in front of the Kinloch Community Hall from 1.30pm wet or fine.

You must be present with ID to collect any major prize.

 

Only first male and female to finish are acknoledged - No age groupor walker placings are acknowledged or awarded

SPONSORS EXPO

Sponsor's products can be purchased at the sponsors' expo.

PARKING

Taupo - Friday Registration - ample free parking around the Great Lake Centre and adjacent CBD area.

 

Kinloch - Event Day - ample free parking on Kinloch Domain adjacent to the Kinloch Community Hall - access is from Kinloch Road - follow the marshals' directions.
